We did the Molly party last month for my DD's 9th birthday. We had 5 girls ranging from 7 - 9. Only the two 9 year olds were very strong readers and the other 3 had a bit of a hard time with the reading. However, the other girls pretty much helped them out. They all had a blast though! I went through the scripts ahead of time and highlighted the lines of each character and I think that helped them be able to know when it was their turn to read. I think that anywhere between ages 8 - 10 or 11 these parties would be great fun! If you do know that a lot of the girls struggle a bit with reading you may want to wait another year or so. - Meg B.
